Here at Cutting Edge Brides we endeavour to all we can to ensure your purchase is in perfect condition when you receive it.
We pride ourselves on our reputation for the selling of extremely high quality, tailor made dresses.
If for any reason your garment has a fault, we will act promptly to resolve the issue.

The garment must be returned to us by recorded delivery immediately and we will ensure a quick replacement or refund.
We will not offer a refund if there is evidence of the garment being worn.
Please keep your proof of postage so you are able to track delivery and ensure it is signed for by Cutting Edge Brides.
We cannot offer a refund on made-to-measure garments. It is your responsibility to ensure that the measurements you take are correct. We will in this case help in whatever way we can and advise on where you can get alterations made on your dress.
If you are unsure that a dress will fit when ordering online then it would be wise to visit our show room and try on the dress before you place your order.
